Tapo T310 not refreshing temperature or Humidity Reading when viewed remotely (not from native wifi)

Hi,
I have a Tapo T310 Sensor connected to H100 Hub (1.5.23 Build 241106 Rel. 093525). I use the sensor to automate my AC unit which is connectd to Tapo P110 Smart Plug (1.1.3 Build 240523 Rel 175054)
I had a great run with the sensor which was turning on and off the Smart Plug depending on the Temperature/ Humidity of the room. Howere suddently it stopped doing the same.
I did multple resets, power cycles and finally figured out that it is not refreshing temprature/humidity readings if not viewed while connected to the same wifi, the hub is conencted to. As the smart plug works independently of the hub, automations are not triggering on or off as the reading are stuck if viewed from anytoher newtwork.
I bought a new sensor, samething.
I have 2 door sensors and one motion sensor connected via same hub and they do act and automated my Tapo camera based on the automation triggers. If they are working fine it means there is no issue with the router blocking anything. Please help.

@Wayne-TP First of all Thanks a lot for restoring my account and post. Truly it means a lot to me.
I have tried almost evey possible solution listed in the forums.
- Set Router firewall to low
- change DNS to google public DNS
- Restart and Reset tapo Hub
- Changed Router, earlier i was conencted to Archer AX10, now connected to ISP router over standard 2.4 GHZ wifi, band selected are 20/40, channel auto
- Replaced hardware - Bought new T310
- Disabled QoS, AP isolation etc. on the router
- No Ad-blocker installed
Just to highlight, it all used to work fine, i went on a vacation for a week, turned of the Hub and it never worked after that. Just to mention rest of my sensors including 1- T100, 2- T -110, all work fine, i have automated my Tapo camera to pan based on motion, they just work fine on the same network.
I have another Tapo H100 paired with 2 T110 and 1 T300, they too wirk just fine without any issue.

Check whether you can ring the hub remotely when the phone is on another WiFi or using cellular data.
To clarify, is your situation that the temperature and humidity readings do not change on the product page, but you can see updated data in the history chart? Does the issue only occur with remote control, or does it also happen on the local WiFi network?

@CTX21 The top banner of tem and humidity does not change. when go do and trace the graph, you can see current temp and humidity. it happens when not on the same network.
