Firmware Version: 2.3.0

Configured openvpn after the client connected, I can able to ping the gateway 10.158.1.1, but cant the devices connected to network

my local LAN IP is 10.158.1.1/24

below are the VPN settings

protocol: udp

service port:1194

local network: 10.158.1.0/24

ip pool: 10.158.2.0/24

primary dns: 8.8.8.8

sec dns: 8.8.4.4

is that anything wrong with my configuration?

Seems to be the firewall. 

If you can ping the GW IP,  which means the VPN tunnel is up and running, it is a problem with the client you are trying to access. 

What If My Windows Computer Is Not Accessible or Pingable Over the VPN/VLAN Interface

That looks correct, try pinging something that you are sure responds to ping, a Windows PC will most likely not respond to ping.
