M7350 V9, Wifi connection to Volkswagen Arteon not possible

Hello,
I tried to connect to the M7350 using the car radio and keep getting the same error message, no matter what settings I change on the router.
I drive a 2021 Volkswagen Arteon Shooting Brake.
All other connections work, whether at home via Wi-Fi or with my own phone.
Please help.

"No security" is more like a temporary test to narrow down the possible causes.
I'm afraid there hasn't been a new firmware for M7350_V9 yet.

Can I have a screenshot of the error message?
Have you tried to change the wireless channel to 1/6/11 on the web UI?
It is also suggested to check whether there are any special characters in the SSID/password, such as"_, / , $"

Hello, the error message is that the security setting for this network is not supported. On german " Die Sicherheitseinstellung des Netzwerkes wird nicht unterstützt"
Ssid = TPLinkF958
WifiKey = 29061986
I've tried 1 through 11.
I've only tried 11n.
I've tried mixed.
I've tried WPA 2 auto/aes.
It doesn't work.

Unfortunately, I can't say what the car means by that
No security doesn't work either.
I think WPA and WPA2 are enabled as security protocols at the same time. Is there a newer firmware version where I can only select WPA2 or WPA3?
