Hi all 

 

I the past week or I have noticed that Deco just drops connection for about a minute or so and then reconnects. My ONT shows it still had a signal but both Deco's go red and offline. Then comes back by it self. 
 

Anyone able to suggest a solution for me. This past hour it has dropped seems like every 5 min maybe

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know your internet service provider? How about the internet connection type, Dynamic IP or PPPoE?

Would there still be a valid IPV4 address under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection Type>IPV4 when Deco turned red and dropped out?

 

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit a copy of the web UI system log:

Deco web interface login

(You can send the log to support.forum@tp-link.com, and please add the forum ID# 826006)

 

At the same time, please also refer to the following troubleshooting guide to see whether it helps:
