When connected through POE to my Zysecurity 8CH 4K POE NVR With 12" LCD Monitor H.265 Onvif CCTV PoE Network Video Recorder Power , it keeps on Changing Ip address and It is detecting in vigi app and after five seconds the Ip is getting changed and i am unable to access the admin page of the Camera. Please help this is a new camera bought in amazon

The device gets a DHCP IP from the DHCP server. Identify your DHCP server so as to make sure that there are no DHCP server conflicts. 

If there are multiple DHCP servers, you are likely to face an issue like this.
