Hi all looking for assistance. Have a brand new tp link with Starlink in the caravan. 
 

I set it up and it worked fantastic for 2 days then when we stopped again it kept saying the cable was unplugged (it wasn't and it's a new cable) then after resetting and trying everything again the tether app cannot even locate the router. The first 3 lights are on and the fourth one was initially showing red and wifi signal showing as broken. 
 

can anyone please help?
