The issue arose 2 days after setting it up, my partner went to download something on her Computer and the connection shut off. i then tried it on my computer and the same thing happened.

Things we've tried:

1) Turning off Power Saving mode.

2) Unplugging the other computer so that their was only 1 connection

3) Moving it to a different circuit. (Note: when we did this we found that it took longer to disconnect)

4) Resetting the devices.

The only one shutting off is the one that connects directly to the router. The house we live in is old. no idea the exact age.
