I've recently migrated from the M4R model to the XE75 Pro. I followed the process for case 2 here to setup the new deco -

Migration seemed to work as expected and I was able to connect using the original Wi-Fi credentials. However, on checking the Wi-Fi settings in the Deco App I now see blank fields for Network Name (SSID) and Password, and if I go into the Guest Network configuration, I'm prompted to 'Turn On Guest Network' even though it's working. If I select this option and enter the Guest Network Password I get the error 'Failed to set wireless information'. I've also noticed that if I attempt to backup the configuration in the App, I get the error 'Backup Failed - Some data could not be backed up due to a network issue. The backup was not saved.'

I'd really rather avoid having to setup the Deco's again and re-connect my numerous devices. Apart from the above, everything seems to be working as expected.

Any ideas?
