I just moved and so brought my deco with me. Never had an issue at the old house. Here, I tried setting up the network again. The app said I needed a firmware update, which i began. However, now the app seems stuck.
 

When I start up the app, the network looks normal as things begin to load. Then it realizes a firmware update is needed and the page moves to a mostly blank page that just says "Update your Deco to manage your network". It then says "M5" and below "New Firmware Verson:" with nothing after it. Below that it says "What's New:" but also following by nothing (as if it failed to load). At the bottom, there is what appears to be a teal button (what I would assume should say "Update Now", or something) but there is no text and I cannot click on it.

I'm stuck here. I have tried restarting a unit, deleting my network, and reinstalling the app, all without success. Any ideas how I can bypass this page and/or update the firmware some other way?
