Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.4.1

Iv been fighting with my XE75 decos to get ipv6 up and working but every time I try, the deco always gives me a solid red light.

After hours of playing today, iv realized the Deco connects to IPv6 correctly, however it immediately seems to lose IPv4. Which is the cause of the red light on the deco (even tho the deco app says IPv4 is fine).

Any ideas on where to go here? I’m stumped

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know your internet service provider?

Does IPV4 also use "Dynamic IP"?

Can you help me save a copy of the web UI system log and send it to support.forum@tp-link.com

By the way, when the main Deco XE75 turned red but Deco APP still reported "IPV4 is fine", how about the mobile devices? Can they still access the internet?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
