M9 plus overheating
My M9 plus main Deco gets so hot underneath that I cannot touch it anymore.

May I know how long you have had the Deco M9 Plus?
Deco M9 Plus is a flat circular shape, so its CPU module is quite close to the outer shell. And the surface temperature will be slightly higher.

I just started to use them.
Since the heat is at the bottom , a wooden surface will get marks after a while.

If the CPU gets that hot, either something is wrong or the CPU is clearly underpowered.
The heat also causes drop-outs, which makes it even worse.

Can I have the current firmware version of your Deco M9 Plus?
The latest firmware should be 1.8.1. If you're not on this version, please manually update the firmware via web UI:
Deco M9 Plus_1.8.1 with Wi-Fi Access Control and ECO Mode Ready for Test
If it was on the 1.8.1 already, as Deco M9 plus was EOL for a while, and if you just bought this model, it would be better to replace it with another model, such as Deco X50:
