Hi,
If the SD card is inserted into the camera, you can go to the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page, tap "Format microSD Card" to format the inserted SD card.

If you fail to format the SD card, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
