I’m experiencing an issue with the TP-Link Deco app. All of my Deco units are showing as “offline” in the app, but the network is working perfectly fine — all devices are connected to the internet without any problems.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Confirmed that internet access works on devices connected to the Deco network.
Logged out and back in to the Deco app.
Rebooted the main deco unit.
Verified that the app and Deco firmware are both up to date.
