Dear TP-Link Support Team,

I am writing to you today as a user of the TP-Link Archer MR400 SIM WiFi router. Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and reliability of the device.

However, I would like to suggest a significant improvement for the router's management software (both the web interface and the mobile application). The current system for managing SMS messages received on the inserted SIM card is very time-consuming. Specifically, the interface only allows for the deletion of a maximum of 8 SMS messages at one time.

Recently, I had over 800 messages in my inbox, and deleting them required me to repeat the selection and deletion process over 100 times. As you can imagine, this was an incredibly tedious and inefficient task.

I would like to formally request the addition of a "Select All" feature for the SMS inbox. This would allow users to select and delete all messages in a single action, which would be a massive improvement to the user experience and make inbox management much more practical.

Please forward this suggestion to your development team for consideration in a future firmware or software update. This small change would make a huge difference for your customers.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

  @Aalok_Vishwas

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback. I agree that it is super time-consuming to delete all the SMS messages.

I'll report to the senior engineers for further evaluation. By the way, it is very rare to reach over 800 messages. Has your phone number been targeted by malicious marketing activities recently?

Thanks a lot.

Best regards.
