Camera wi-fi blocking

I have four wireless wi-fi Tapo cameras (C420 and C425) installed on my house in Thailand. I have just read that there is an increasing trend for burglars to use wi-fi blocking equipment (available online in Thailand) to prevent such cameras from making notifications to the linked smart phone and transmitting video images from the cameras to the hub and from there to cloud storage, so that they are unobserved whilst breaking into the house. This renders the cameras useless and is of considerable concern to me. Does anyone know of a solution to prevent this happening?

It is important to note that the effectiveness of preventing deliberate vandalism through the camera itself is quite low, as the challenge is significant. No matter what product feature measures are in place, if someone is intent on causing damage, they will always find a way.
For situations involving WiFi interference or complete signal blockage, we recommend considering a camera model that supports wired connections and configuring it accordingly. This can mitigate the risks associated with wireless disruptions.
Furthermore, Tapo camera's detection and recording features can function normally even during network or WiFi outages. You might consider installing a microSD card in the camera to store videos locally, this allows you to access recorded footage via the app once the network is restored, or by using a card reader on your computer.
However, if theft is a common concern in your area, we advise exploring additional security measures, such as enhancing access control and security systems.
