Description: 

- Enabling the Flow Controller causes severe network jitter and packet loss, and significant buffer overflow; disabling it restores normal operation.

- Disabling the Flow Controller results in upload speeds less than 1/4 of those with the Flow Controller enabled.

- Enabling or disabling QoS has no significant impact.

Please attach the backup file and system log on your BE800 for further investigation.
