As Woozle mentioned, if you've updated to Archer C86 V1_1.14.0 Build 240617 (Pre-Release Version), your router is up-to-date.
You can wait for the official firmware release. Please pay attention to Pre-release Firmware for Archer C80/A8/C6/C86/C88 Brings a Host of New Features and Optimizations.

May I ask which version number you have in mind?
If you already have firmware version 1.14.0 Build 240617 installed, then it appears you are already on the latest firmware for your router, which can be downloaded via the link in this post https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/676858.
