No reset possible and no WiFi connection
Hello, I can't reset my Tapo C460, and when I try to reinstall it, I can't find the Tapo C460's Wi-Fi. What could be the problem?

Make sure to reset the camera correctly: press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds, the camera's LED indicator will quickly blink red while it is resetting.
Double-check it with different mobile devices. Disable and re-enable WiFi to re-scan the WiFi list.
If the camera WiFi still cannot be found, then this device might need to be replaced. To proceed with the warranty, contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
