Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.3.0

This update is purely nonsene, i've only read "more agressive" CPU. But in real i have loss in performance (OpenVPN, maybe Wireguard too) - which leads me to run a OpenVPN Server on an extra host internally + also Direct LAN connections lost performance in Bandwidth, also other problems exists, which i can currently accept. - When will there be a new fixed version?

The higher CPU utilization also results in higher Pings to the GW on less maximal transfer rate (ER605v2).

Using this as a home! "business"!!! solution im pretty unsatisfied. Also i find the "official Moderators" comments as an excusion for bad programming.

Attached long term monitoring via SNMP

  @chicken689

I have discussed the CPU utilization with other users previously.

I don't think I comment it as "bad programming". Not sure how you understand it that way. Anyway, if you are interested in learning about the terms, you'll understand.

As this has been explained, I will not repeat myself or discuss this matter after referring you  to the link above.

Yes VPN is generally much slower, it applies to Wireguard OpenVPN and IPsec, CPU is also higher. previously CPU was at 3-4% now it is at 20 30% I have a remote ER650v2 which has a camera server that I stream to via IPsec 24/7 so CPU never gets a break, but it has worked flawlessly but a little slower. I hope they can get the VPN speed up to the level before the upgrade.

Yes i've read all and it makes no sense to me. That's why i've openend a new thread. BTW. deactivated WAN2 and the ER605v2 needed over 5 minutes to reboot... Why does it even need a reboot?!

Usually, the reboot time would increase since the product was born. This is not an SSD-installed x86 model. The bootup time takes longer as the feature increases and the system size grows. This would be common for entry-level models. With the better hardware, I mean better CPU, you will have a better bootup time and response time from the device.

The forum team has been limited with the information and not allowed to discuss with the users about the software and hardware aspects. You may discuss with others.
As for the utilization you face with this firmware, that was explained in the early access post, as someone has reported it.
