I have 2 switches acting weirdly this morning. They have been turning on and off by themselves. Neither reboot nor restart is working.
The lights were also flashing, about 3-4 times per second.

Disconnect the power for a while, see if this helps. You can also try to reset it. How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart switch
If the issue persists, then i believe a replacement is needed. To proceed with the warranty, contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
