PX50 PLC annoying acoustic noise
Hi,
recently I started hearing an annoying noise coming from the deco PX50. I suspect it is coming from the PLC network, and the noise increases when there is more data traffic. Is there any way to reduce the noise?

Absolutely same. Bought 2-items pack few years ago. It was working flawlessly and silent for 2 years. And few weeks ago noise appeared. First of all one one unit, then on another. Latest firmware.

TPlink replaced it under warranty, annoying that had to pay postage to return the broken unit but at least got a new one and it's quiet again. Just hoping the other two don't start having the same problem, or if they do break it happens before the 3 year warranty runs out in 6 months time so they can be replaced.

If the Deco is still under warranty, it is suggested to contact the local warranty office for a replacement:

@David-TP a memeber of the tp-link staff recommend Nahemoth who started this post to go thru the warrenty program and his was working fine minus the noise so you should as well. The only thing in your case will be if yours is still under warrenty or not
If you still have the slip or if you bought it online that will help to see if its under warrenty.

I have the same issue with two of my four PX50 units.
They have been great for 2 years, but have just started playing up in the same way you have described.
Trying to work out the best plan of action here.

The Deco products have a three-year warranty in the UK. I think you can contact the local warranty office for a replacement:
