Model: Archer GXE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Not sure about the hardware version and currently the router kicks my company laptop off everyhour,

Later I tried direct cable connection, seems the internet is fine but VPN gets logged out every hour.

Hello @Nathan_Z ,

Welcome to our community.

Do you mean that you need to access the company laptop via VPN? What type of VPN is it?

Please try the following suggestions:

  • Disable the QoS if you have set it.
  • Assign a static IP for the laptop.
  • Change the lease time to be longer on the DHCP server.

Best Regards.
