Docking station not powered and robot vacuum no able to charge..I already check the power outlet and it is working but surprisingly the docking station not powered. Please help me

Make sure the power cord is tightly plugged in, and try to use another outlet. If the problem remains, reach out to the technical support directly for warranty assistance. Contact Technical Support
