Firmware Version: 1.22

Hi everyone,

 

I set up the doorbell today, with great success. The video feed is crisp, the signal is full. The call system is working. 
 

The issue I have is that there is no audio coming out of the doorbell itself. Mic works fine. No audio out the doorbell when I speak on my phone. This includes the "quick responses". 
 

I've done a "5 second hold" repair of the doorbell, but still nothing. 
 

Does anyone have any suggestions as I'd really rather not have bought a lemon here.

Make sure the speaker volume is adjusted to the max. For your case, i would recommend getting a replacement first. To proceed warranty, you may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support
