Hello all,
since a couple of weeks my doorbell and also all my other devices (C425) are very slow in the notifications. When someone is triggerd by the doorbell camera, it takes at least 10 to 15 seconds before I receive a notification on my phone. Before that I always received almost immediately the notification.
what can be the issue and how can I resolve this problem?

Which iPhone do you use? And what's the iOS version? Do you have other iPhones or an iPad? Please test if the same thing occurs on other iOS devices.
Does it make a difference if your phone is connected to the home WiFi (the same network as the camera) or not?
