Pre-record function
Is the Pre-record function only applicable to cloud saved clips? As is doesn't seem to be working on my SD card stored clips. The cloud clips are slightly longer and include the pre recorded footage whereas the sd card ones are not as long. I can still rewind and check as I have always on but just wondering

Pre-record is supported for local recording by default. What is the difference in length between your doorbell's cloud videos and the SD card videos? You can share us with a few sets of videos, we can help to check it. *Upload videos to your personal cloud drive or video websites like YouTube, then send the video link here.

There is a 4 second difference.
The cloud saved recordings include the pre-roll whereas the SD card doesn't.
Here is a screen shot of some cloud events vs sd saved events, note the video lengths.
