Model: VIGI C540V
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: latest

Hi
I have problem with VIGI C540V camera. When I am connecting it to NVR it works ok but after 1 sometimes 3 days it's comming to offline mode and I don't have possibility to use it. First time I reseted NVR and it started to work but now it's not helping and VIGI 540V is still offline. When I disconnect camera from ethernet and next connect it again it starting to work but after 1-3 days again change state to offline. On the same NVR I have other different 4 VIGI cameras which works without problems only C540V turning off. I have info on VIGII mobile APP that this channel is offline "problem 82". Camera doesn't have micro SD card it records only when detects movement to NVR hard drive. Is there any solution for that ?

  @Norimbo

Thank you for your post.
While the unit is offline, please use the NVR’s built-in ping tool to ping the camera’s IP address and verify whether it responds.
You can also swap this camera with another VIGI camera in a different location to see if the problem follows the camera.
Are all your other cameras the same model? There is a chance the camera itself has a hardware fault; if so, we recommend contacting support or the retailer for a replacement.

  @Norimbo Can you try resetting the camera as well? Also, have you tested the ethernet cable connected to the camera?

  @Ethan-TP
Hi I have new data and I think the problem is connected more with NVR1008H-MP than with 540V. Yesterday camera again changed it state to offline. I noticed that when there is no internet for a while NVR treats LC streams from other cameras as separate cameras and disable VIGI C540V. I noticed in mobile android app that in NVR settings in desktop of NVR1008H I have 8/8 cameras in use and VIGI C540V is offline. I disabled again LC sterams from other cameras and reseted the NVR and VIGI 540V started to work. Now I have on desktop 6/8 cameras in use. It's strange that NVR lost setting that I don't want LC streams and after 1-2 days it treats LC streams as cameras. NVR should remember that I disabled LC streams. Now I have 5 VIGI cameras (4xC340, 1x540V), one TAPO camera C520WS and one other camera which is not used and installed on vigi NVR. it's just connected to the same network. I tested also whole system with disconnected other company camera and that did not help. That's not comfortable to loosing every 2-3 days one camera from the video monitoring system.  From my experience I know that sometimes there is possibility to disable LC streams and 540V starting to work again after reset of NVR but sometimes disabling streams doesn't work and I have to manually disconnect Ethernet cable from 540V and plug it again to force it to work again. It's a pain because I am monitoring estate which is 200 km away from me.

Based on your description, I still suspect the issue lies with either the Ethernet cable or the VIGI camera itself. You might want to try replacing that device first.
