When recording interactions over the doorbell camera, I can hear what the caller is saying but it doesn't appear to record what I'm saying, so instead my part of the conversation is missing when I play the video back.
Is this some sort of malfunction? If not, is there something I can change in settings so that my part of the conversation can also be recorded, or is it simply just not possible?
During a call or two-way communication, only the sound from the doorbell (the visitor) will be recorded in the video. This is the default design, there is no option to adjust it.
