Model: Tapo H500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.8

Hi

I got a H500 hub 2 days ago and I already having problems with it from day 1.

It's connected with RJ45 cable directly to my BE550 router on a 1Gbit fiber connection.

The problem:

Every battery powered cameras I own goes offline when the PIR sensor on them goes off (4x c420 & 1 x D230 doorbell camera) then after some time coming back online until 1 of the cameras detects or even someone presses the doorbell then they all go offline yet again. (EDIT: SEEMS LIKE THE NEW 1.3.8 FIRMWARE HAVE FIXED THIS ISSUE.)

Problem #2

sometimes it shows that all cameras have drained their batteries or not enough power (60%+) then back to normal.

Problem #3

After I switched from H200 hub to H500 hub I can't get connected to 1 of my c420 camera even tho the H500 hub is in the same placement as my old H200 hub? It seems like H500 have poor range than my old H200? i even tried to move the hub 3½ meters closer (maybe firmware updates can fix this?) Resetting the camera didn't fix it.The signal to the camera is 1-2 mostly on 1.
