X10 port speed negotiation
Good morning. My Deco x10 which should be pluged into a ztef601 modem is not connecting to it. For now, I've put a TL-SG105E switch between them and it's working. This is the first time I've got issue like that.
Let me know If You're getting the same problems with Deco.

As both the ZTE modem and Deco X10 are gigabit devices, I can't figure out the possible causes.
If you happen to receive similar feedback again, you can direct the user to reach out to the local support team, and maybe the engineer could help us run further tests.

Is the hardware Ethernet connection from ZTE F601 not detected, or is Deco X10 connected but can't get an IP address from the ZTE model?
Did the issue start recently?
Have you tested with a wired laptop to check whether it can receive internet access from the ZTE modem directly?

My client told me, that this happens sometimes since months. Three days ago it happened again and from then, internet connection died for good.
It's the hardware ethernet connection from ZTE not detected on Deco.
I've upgraded a firmware on Deco twice, but it didn't help.
