If the Anti-Theft Alarm was enabled for the camera, please disable it first, otherwise the camera can not be reset. How do I disable the Anti-theft alarm of my Battery-Powered Camera?
Remove the sd card from the camera if any. Then try to reset again, make sure to do it correctly: press and hold the RESET button for about 10 seconds. The camera's LED will blink red quickly while resetting, then turn to blink red and green (ready for setup).
If the camera still does not respond to reset, it is likely bricked. For this case, you can contact the local TP-Link support to check for device warranty. Contact Technical Support
