Tapo P400M - energy monitoring?

Model: Tapo P400M
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Web page says that there are only 2 products which support Energy Monitoring - P210M (wall plate) and KP125MP2 (plugs).
But it is not correct, as there is at least one more unlisted plug with energy monitoring - P110M.

Very hard to find out what supports what...

Question: Is there any outdoor plug with energy monitoring supported?
From the look at the model naming, the last letter 'M' could be for 'Monitoring'?
Then - Tapo P400M - does it have energy monitoring?
Thanks!

Tapo P400M does not support the energy monitoring feature. The letter M stands for 'Matter', a smart home technology.

Is the Tapo P110M available in Canada now? Are you able to purchase it locally? Please note: if all sellers show the product as being sold and shipped from addresses outside your country, it likely means the model has not officially launched in your region.

Tapo P110M is currently not listed on the TP-Link CA site, so you won't find it with or without the filter.

@Wayne-TP P110M is available in Canada, but not from an official TP-Link seller, just some 3rd-party sellers: https://www.amazon.ca/Tapo-Compatible-SmartThings-P110M-2-Pack/dp/B0DKGBP38V
Of all officially available plugs, there is KP125M with energy monitoring: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0BYGRLRS1

But all of those are INDOOR plugs, and I need an outdoor version.
It is not a matter of water protection; it will be under the roof on my deck, but all indoor plugs are rated only above 0 °C (above freezing).

I am confused - why does TP-Link not make any outdoor plug with energy monitoring?!
