Hey TP-LINK !!

I'm using Deco M4 since 2023 and i never get 50 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz on both 20 MHz and 40 MHz idk why? My connection speed is 100 Mbps download and upload and i never faced any issue on 5 GHz so is there any fix for 2.4 GHz ?? My linkspeed on 20 MHz is 72 Mbps and 150 Mbps on 40 MHz.

Hi, thanks a lot for your time and patience.

If you're seeking fast bandwidth, the 5GHz band is always a better choice than 2.4GHz.

The 2.4 GHz frequency is extremely narrow, shared by WiFi/Bluetooth/Zigbee signals, and it only has 11 commonly used channels, and more likely to pick up neighbor interference.

Most smart home devices on the 2.4GHz band need a more stable wireless connection than a higher bandwidth.
