No connection
I have a one month old C501GW, connected via 4G it was working fine, I unplugged it to mount it permanently, and now it will not reconnect or go to paring mode, always a red flashing LED, sim card works in my phone, re sets has no effect, any suggestions?

Please reconfirm the color of the LED indicator: is it flashing red or orange? Different colors indicate different device statuses. For reference, a solid red light indicates the Tapo C501GW is starting up.
Make sure you've reset the camera correctly: use a pin to press and hold the RESET button for at least 5 seconds, the system led will blink red while resetting. If the camera has no response, remove the SIM card and the microSD card, then try to reset again.
