TP-Link AX73 5Ghz Wifi Keeps dropping
Tuesday
Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250717 rel.40826(5553)

Ever since 1.1.1 Build the 5Ghz Wifi keeps dropping off. It only gets fixed when the router is restarted. But within 24 hours it again has the same issue. 5Ghz simply goes missing and then comes and goes without connecting properly whereas 2.4Ghz is still available. Number of devices are less than 10. Up until 1.1.0 build everything was stable. And now after the latest update of 1.2.1 you can't also downgrade back and the issue is also not solved.

Hello @Rhishav,

Welcome to our community.

If only the 5GHz band is unstable, please try the following suggestions:
    1) Make sure the Router is properly placed; it should be put in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
    2) Change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to
Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
    3) Change channel width to avoid interference. For 5 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 5GHz channel width to 80MHz or 40MHz, etc.
