Model: Tapo P110M
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 251020 Rel. 183216

I am extremely disappointed with Tapo and TP-Link. I purchased two Tapo P110M smart plugs, which feature energy monitoring and Matter compatibility, and I primarily use them via Samsung SmartThings. As you can see, it officially supports energy reporting to SmartThings Energy via the cloud.

However, in reality, no data is being reported. To be precise, it reported the first 1 Wh and then nothing else. After months of searching, I found an Aqara smart plug that also offers energy services on SmartThings, and it reports fully and accurately every 15 minutes.

I have removed all Tapo devices, unlinked Tapo from SmartThings, and followed the exact instructions in [https://www.tp-link.com/vn/support/faq/3822/] hoping that the energy service in SmartThings would work as expected. But despite multiple attempts, the result remains the same, while Aqara continues to report smoothly. Tapo, this is truly disappointing
