Doorbell camera suddenly went off and won't hard or factory reset.  Have put in fully charged battery and tried to reset as instructions say but no joy.  Doorbell will ring but when button pressed.  Red and green lights do not come on to enable connection to hub.  Hub is working as it should.  When reset pressed voice starts to say "reset successful" but cuts off before end of message.  Can anyone suggest anything else please.
