vigi c540 4g not working with jio sim
I have a reliance jio 5g sim and it is not working with c540-4g.
I have tried changing apn settings (jionet) but it still doesn't work.
Since jio needs ipv6 to work, I am wondering if tp-link team would release a new firmware which supports 464XLAT?

Hi @mayurcools
Thanks for posting in our business forum.
May I confirm if you are using an IPv6-only Reliance Jio network. Therefore, the camera must support an IPv4 to IPv6 conversion mechanism, such as 464XLAT, to convert IPv4 data streams to IPv6?

@Hank21 i am not much technical, but the issue is very important as the Jio network in India has good coverage compared to others, Ive even emailed customer support but no response.
I want the vigi c540 4g camera run on Jio 4G network, any help is appreciated.
Thanks

@Hank21,
I think reliance jio supports data over ipv6 only. it blocks ipv4. I am not sure if c540 4g supports 464xlat. Does it? if yes, can you please help with configuring the same?

Hey @mayurcools @Cyborg_7
I want to understand the current situation better and hope you can provide more details.
@mayurcools do you try inserting the Jio 5G card into a regular 4G router or phone to verify whether you can get internet access? Does it require you to choose 464XLAT to get internet service? I would still suggest you try following this troubleshooting guide to see if you can get internet access by modifying the camera's settings. It's quite similar to the settings on a 4G/5G router, so I will send you an FAQ for the 4G/5G router for your reference:
No internet connection when the TP-Link 5G/4G Router is working with a SIM card
@Cyborg_7 if you're using the Jio 4G service, I think you are in a different situation than described by mayurcools. Do make sure you have internet access with that card with a regular 4G router or a phone. You can also refer to the above troubleshooting guide to check the settings first.
Also, please bear in mind that the VIGI C540-4G only supports the standard and frequency mentioned below:

This link works: https://www.tp-link.com/in/support/faq/2842/ by the way, does c540 4g support 464xlat? I didn't find any setting related to it.
If there are no such options on the configuration page, it's not supported.
