Hello,

 

I’m running the Omada Controller App on my TrueNAS Scale and I got issues to upgrade devices firmwares.

I got this message : The device failed to download the upgrade file，please check your network configuration and make sure the device can access the Controller’s HTTPS management port.

In the logs of the Omada Controller App in TrueNAS Scale, I can see a lot of attempts of upgrades : upgrade task not full start upgrade task

App Version: 6.1.0.19

**Version:**1.3.21

 

I cannot figure out what’s wrong with the configuration.

  @Mattx38 What browser are you using?  I have an open support case because I get the same error when I try to update firmware with Safari.  It works on Chrome though.

Thanks for posting here.

 

Can you please share a screenshot of the error message page?

What devices are you trying to update? How did you log in to the controller? Please try to update it via local access.

 

BTW, we released the 6.2 controller yesterday. If you don't mind, please update the controller to 6.2 and see if the situation persists.
