Allow configuration of how many times an alarm sound plays

I'd like to request the ability for the Ring function under Smart Hub in Smart Actions to be configurable by play count (vs how it's set currently by Sound Duration).
This would be useful for setting up a sound to trigger any time a door opens and you want a chime (some security systems like ADT have this functionality currently)
In it's current form, the lowest value you can select is 1 second which will loop sounds instead of playng them just once. Which is really annoying, some sounds are .75 of a second or 1.3 seconds, so almos every single sound, is cut-off, and most of the provided sounds were not generated with looping in mind
