We have had no internet for 48 hours.

The signal is showing strong our service provider says no issue.

I have a blue/ green light flashing. I have tried to reset multiple times.

Can anyone advise?

Hi, welcome to the community.

If the LED is flashing blue, the Deco X50-5G is still in setup mode, and you might need to set it up first on the Deco App>"+">"Create a Network".
