Firmware Version: 1.1.1 build 20250616 Rel. 12316

Reports have not been working for a long time! I have change routers and got a new phone, but still no reports! Have done the restart, logout, firmware upgrade, everything! Only get notification that there is a report, but there is nothing there.

Think this is my last TP-link router... 🙄

Hi, did you set Deco into "Wireless Router" or "Access Point" mode?

Have you configured any parental control profiles?

Hi, it is set to "Wireless Router". No parental profiles.

Hi, thank you for the update.

As previously noted by the senior engineer, the weekly report relies on data from the network scan and the parental control feature. If you don't use these two features, the weekly report may be empty or show ‘No data’.

To ensure comprehensive reporting, it is recommended to scan the network regularly or add some parental control profiles in order to provide the necessary data for reports.
