I've had my Tapo TC82 for a few months now however it's suddenly has no power. No lights will come on at all. I've tried to reset and no joy. I've disconnected from solar panel and connected to mains power for several hours but still no joy. Any ideas?
Make sure you're using the included USB cable and a compatible 5V 1A USB charger. Once connected, the camera’s LED should flash amber quickly for about 3 seconds. If you don’t see this, double-check all connections and try another outlet or charger.
The camera requires about seven and a half hours to charge fully. After a full charge, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on, then observe how it functions.
