C520WS camera and QNAP Surveillance station
Can someone clarify whether this camera supports nvr recording via wifi please?
In my vvr setup, the wifi-connected camera is found automatically via a network scan. The connection details look right (incl response port 554) and so do camera account name and password. However when tested, the message says it was unable to connect.

Hello，
Most Tapo cameras, except for battery-powered models, support standard RTSP and ONVIF protocols (ONVIF Profile S), ensuring compatibility with various NVR and NAS systems.
If you fail to stream the Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR, try steps below:
1. Due to hardware limits, you can only use two of these at once: Tapo Care, SD card, NVR/NAS/ONVIF. If SD card and Tapo Care recordings are active, NVR/NAS/ONVIF recording will be disabled.
2. Change the camera account on Tapo app if username/password include special characters.
3. Check network setup. For remote streaming, configure your router (open port 554 or 2020) and use the public WAN IP.
