I am getting a notification that there is a new firmware version. When trying to update from the app it says firmware failed. When trying to do it from the web it says file is too large.  Help

Hi, 
Please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to update your Deco.
What should I do if I failed to update my Deco?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please try the following steps.
  1. Turn off the satellite Deco and main Deco, wait for one minute, and turn on the main Deco only.
  2. Download the latest firmware v1.3.1 from this link. Unzip it, then try updating it via the Deco's web UI and check whether you can update the firmware successfully.
