If the BE9300 (v2) is the same hardware as the BE65 (v2) where is firmware 1.3.2 ?
When will firmware 1.3.2 that has been released for the BE65 (v2) be available for the BE9300 (v2) ? - considering they are the same hardware and rebadged for the UK.
Thanks.

I believe you can use the BE65 firmware on your BE9300 BUT do not install it yet let me check with a member of the staff just to make sure.

Hi,
The Deco BE65 V2 and BE9300 V2 are different models, but they share the same firmware download link. You can download the firmware v1.3.2 from this link and update it via Deco's web UI.

The naming is confusing as I have a BE65 trio but it's also labelled as a BE9300 on the box. Which one is it? 😀

Hi,
Do you mean the Deco's model number on the box is Deco BE9300, but the model number on the label stuck on the Deco node itself is Deco BE65?
If so, would you please send us the pictures of the labels on the box and on the Deco node? You can upload the pictures to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message. Thanks!

No problem.
The box and the Deco both state both BE65 and BE9300. The Deco app shows BE65.

Hi,
Thank you very much for the pictures provided.
In your situation, the Deco's model number is Deco BE65, not Deco BE9300. BE9300 on the box refers to the wireless link speed parameters.

@Solla-topee thanks for confirming. I had a feeling that may be the case. Apart from my issues with the logs and the Nest speakers as mentioned in my other thread, it has been performing better than my Nest Wifi Pro. :)
