Hello,

Déménagement,  installation box fibre Orange, wifi via decomesh,  tout ok.

Mais impossible de connecter mes caméras Thomson RHEITA 100.

La procédure se déroule jusqu'à recherche caméras sur le réseau et ne trouve jamais. Bien entendu, toutes init tentées,  coupure disjoncteur, etc.

Wifi sur reseau IoT en 2,4GHz, mdp ok, signal correct et stable (vu de mon Samsung).

Des idées ?

Thanks for your answer. After differents tests, reconfiguring the net with deco in extended mode, re-install cam app, setup my phone in differents  modes and a lot of retries,  i got succes and achieve the connexion with all my cams.

Hi,
When configuring the camera in the camera management app, if you can't find the camera in the app, it's recommended to contact camera technical support for assistance, since the step you are stuck on doesn't relate to the Wi-Fi network the camera plans to connect to.
