Why my tapo C645D Kit still not able to add Tapo H200. I want to stored my video footage in H200.  I can see that they already updated that its compatible to support between the devices.

My current version is

Tapo C645D Kit - HW 1.0 | FW 1.1.9

Tapo H200 - HW 1.0 | FW 1.6.1 Build 20251230

 

BOth devices firmware are up to date.

 

I tried to add either way from  C645D or H200.

Both are in the same WIFI network. 

 

H200 shown this kind of message below.

The video storage feature support for dual-lens cameras is added in Tapo H200's latest firmware, version 1.7.1 Build 20260515 rel.61602. 

 

This firmware has just begun its release, and it’s being rolled out in phases (gradual rollout). This means the update is first sent to a small subset of devices, and the rollout percentage is gradually increased until it reaches all compatible devices. So if your device doesn't see the update yet, that's normal. Please be patient as the rollout continues to expand.
