Hi

 

I recently bought a Deco BE25. I have 3 x Deco X55's that had been serving as my wireless network/mesh withou issue over the last year.

 

I've added the BE25 as m y main device in a new network, removed the X55's from the old network and have been trying to add them into the new network. 1 of the 3 has been added successfully. The other 2 pair up, go green for about 30secs to 1 min and then start flashing red. I've moved them closer to the BE25 (although the one that connects is the one currently furthest away!). reset them multiple times, cleared the cache/storage on the app, but this has not resolved this.

 

I've also turned off/on various settings in the app (Beam focusing/MLO etc), and devices are in AP mode.

 

Any other ideas/suggestions?

Hi,
Please try the following steps and check if they help.

1. Please press the reset button on one problematic Deco X55 for 1 second to factory reset it, remove this Deco from the Deco app, move it close to the main Deco, and then refer to the instructions below to configure it, and check if it will work fine.

2. If the same phenomenon persists, please connect the problematic Deco to the main Deco BE25 by an Ethernet cable, then check whether the Deco X55 works fine.

3. If you move the problematic X55 close to the working Deco X55, does it work?
