Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20200930 Rel.36519

Publicly hosted services cannot be accessed from LAN at the moment using the public address.

This requires NAT Reflection / Loopback functionality.

Can we please have it supported on ER605 (TL-R605) with Omada?

This feature seems to be introduced to TL-ER6020 last year.

If your ER605/ER7206 is running with the firmware 1.1.0 build 20210512, you may have a NAT loopback issue, discussed here.

Here is the beta firmware to fix the NAT Loopback issue:

ER605: ER605(UN)_V1_1.1.0_20210531(Beta)
ER7206: ER7206(UN)_V1_1.1.0_20210531(Beta)

Update on August 10, 2021:

The issue has been resolved on the new firmware 1.1.1, please visit the official website for an upgrade, or follow the post below:

[New Firmware] The firmware v1.1.1 has been released for both ER605 and ER7206 by August 9, 2021

@Moderator

R605 should support NAT loop back,

The latest firmware version is this one: ER605(UN)_V1_20210113

https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/er605/v1/#Firmware

Maybe upgrade the firmware can solve it?

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

@Moderator NAT Loopback doesn't work for me in ER605 with firmwares v 1.1.1 and 1.2.0 in standalone mode. Only works for UDP, not for TCP. Filed support ticket.

Update: It could be related to the fact that I use VLANs for local networks. But both devices are inside one VLAN.

After some research I found that if virtual server is used - it works. But doesn't work for ports forwarded by UPnP.
